Terms of Service

By accessing or using this web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is a community-driven, crowdsourced 2D mapping directory that allows users to share, locate, and verify local WiFi hotspot passwords.

• The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• We do not provide internet access directly, nor do we own, operate, or maintain any of the WiFi networks listed on the map.

By submitting network details (including SSIDs, coordinates, and passwords), you represent and warrant that:

• You have the explicit permission of the network owner to share these credentials, or the network is intended for public use.
• Unauthorized private sharing is strictly prohibited. You must not submit private residential networks, home gateways, or any networks where sharing violates local cybercrime laws (such as unauthorized computer access under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act or local equivalents).
• To activate a submission, you must verify your email address via the email confirmation link. You agree to provide a valid, active email address for this purpose.

To maintain the accuracy of the platform, users may upvote or downvote listings.

• To cast a vote, you must allow the browser to access your physical location.
• Voting is strictly restricted to users physically located within 100 meters of the mapped coordinates.
• Any attempts to spoof location data, bypass temporal voting cooldowns, or programmatically "vote-bomb" networks will result in the immediate termination of your access.

Reporting: Users may report active listings for incorrect details, unauthorized private placement, or malicious activity (e.g., suspected honeypots or phishing portals).

Business/Owner Redaction: If you are a business owner or private property owner and do not wish to have your network credentials listed, you may submit a verified removal request. Upon validation of ownership, we will permanently delete the coordinates and credentials from our active database and place the coordinates on a permanent spatial blacklist.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any unauthorized access, intrusion, hacking, or compromise of your personal devices resulting from connecting to any network listed on the Service.
• The security, safety, or functionality of any physical network mapped on the Service.
• Any legal issues, fines, or network security breaches experienced by network owners whose credentials were uploaded to the platform.
• You connect to any listed WiFi network entirely at your own risk.
